TERMS OF SERVICE

Craze Technologies, Inc. Effective Date: March 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the services provided by Craze Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Craze”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Craze platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Craze provides a software platform designed to help organizations manage hiring, workforce operations, and business workflows.

The Service may include functionality such as:

  • recruiting and hiring workflows
  • candidate sourcing and outreach
  • interview scheduling
  • applicant tracking
  • employee or workforce records
  • tasks and workflow management
  • document storage and collaboration
  • messaging and communication tools
  • analytics and reporting
  • artificial intelligence-assisted workflows and automation

Certain features may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to assist users in performing tasks.

Features and functionality of the Service may change from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

The Service is intended for use by businesses and organizations.

3. Accounts

To use the Service you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information
  • maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Customer Data

“Customer Data” means any data, content, or information submitted to the Service by you or on your behalf.

This may include:

  • candidate information
  • employee records
  • resumes and employment history
  • documents and files
  • tasks and workflow data
  • communications
  • scheduling information

You retain ownership of Customer Data.

You grant Craze a limited license to host, process, transmit, and analyze Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and legal basis to upload and process such data through the Service.

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

The Service may include artificial intelligence features that generate outputs such as:

  • candidate recommendations
  • automated outreach messages
  • workflow suggestions
  • analytics and reports

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors.

Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for decisions, including hiring decisions.

Craze does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with applicable laws, including those relating to:

  • employment practices
  • privacy and data protection
  • electronic communications and anti-spam laws

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights or legal basis to process personal information through the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation
  • upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
  • send spam or unlawful communications
  • interfere with the operation of the Service
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • access the Service to build a competing product

Craze may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as email providers, calendar providers, and other software platforms.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Craze is not responsible for third-party services.

9. Fees and Billing

Some features of the Service require payment.

Fees may include:

  • subscription fees
  • usage-based charges
  • AI credit consumption
  • add-on services

Fees are charged according to the pricing presented at the time of purchase.

Payments are due according to the billing terms associated with your plan.

10. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Craze to charge applicable fees at the start of each billing period.

Billing periods may be monthly or annual depending on the selected plan.

11. Usage-Based Pricing and AI Credits

Certain features may be billed based on usage, including AI-powered functionality.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their usage.

AI credits or usage allowances are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Service.

Unless otherwise stated, unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.

12. Refunds

Except as required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

Craze does not provide refunds or credits for:

  • partial subscription periods
  • unused features
  • unused credits
  • mid-cycle cancellations

Craze may issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion.

13. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Access to paid features will continue until the end of the billing period.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service and its underlying software, technology, and content are owned by Craze or its licensors.

Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Feedback or suggestions provided to Craze may be used without restriction.

15. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the confidential information of the other party and use it only for purposes related to the Service.

16. Termination

Craze may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • these Terms are violated
  • payment obligations are not met
  • continued access poses risk to the Service

Upon termination, access to the Service will cease.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Craze disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craze will not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • consequential damages
  • lost profits
  • loss of data

Craze’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Craze in the 12 months preceding the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craze from claims arising from:

  • Customer Data
  • misuse of the Service
  • violation of applicable laws

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware.

21. Changes to Terms

Craze may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
